What excites you about Stadler?

At Stadler, I have the freedom to act independently and take personal initiative. This allows me to act as a maker and to drive my further development within the company. I am also pleased to see where my work is going. The industry-leading products are visible and tangible. I am also excited about the interactions with different departments and people.

How did you develop at Stadler?

I started my career at Stadler as a development engineer in mechanical engineering, where I started right after my education at the ETH. The next step was the step into the Calculation department. During this time, I got to know the company from different perspectives and thus I was able to build a network. This network was able to show me where opportunities for further development within Stadler exist. With the change to technical project management, I was able to implement this possibility in reality and thus continue my journey. Project management is a demanding but incredibly exciting and instructive task.
