Stadler operates a service centre in the capital Algiers. Algeria's national rail operator, SNTF, has entered into a 14-year maintenance agreement with Stadler. Stadler has performed maintenance work on 64 FLIRT multiple units through around 100 employees since 2008. The depot space for carrying out all the work from preventative or corrective maintenance through to modular overhauls or repairs is made available by the customer.
