Since 2017, Stadler has built up an independent, international centre of expertise for signalling technology, which was expanded at the end of 2021 to incorporate the former BÄR Bahnsicherung AG. Today, Stadler’s Signalling Division is headquartered in Wallisellen with additional locations in Switzerland and Germany. The extensive signalling portfolio includes a complete range of solutions in the areas of automatic train operation (ATO), train protection (ETCS and Class B), CBTC solutions for driverless operation and interlocking technology (ESTW and RSTW). We offer our customers customised signalling solutions in all segments (mainlines, branch lines, LRVs and metros) to ensure efficient, digital and sustainable rail operations.
